Included files; Texture, Installation instructions and Optional Clear Light bar (installs the same way the textures do)

The texture is currently in a BETA stage. It is for the most part complete. I will be updating the texture in the coming days/weeks. For any additions, changes or requests, feel free to message me.

This texture is made to be as realistic as possible, and some of the less realistic features will be changed and updated in future updates.

The title should be LAPD Tahoe skin (BETA), not LAPD Tahoe (Beta) Becuse the title is quite missleading. Me and i think many other would think this is a LAPD Tahoe model.
