Handling Fix:

(This a temporary fix for current users)

(in OpenIV) go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta 

and go down to <item>riot</item>

change handling from "RIOT" to "INSURGENT" and save

problem solved...

Note to creator: Despite all my comments and critiques don't get me wrong, I like your model and I want to see it succeed. If you catch bugs and problems early then you have a better chance of success in the longrun. Once the Issues in the comments section have been noted by you, I will delete the comments (if you want me to)...

yeah i never made the skin only noticed until after i updated it

does anyone know how i can get NOOSE to spawn in this instead of  the FIB SUV?

I hate when I request noose and local noose and they come pulling up in the granger or a van. Is it it possible to replace the noose van with this.?? Thanks

@POLICESCO I know it`s not your skin with the Los Angels error but will it be fixed, or can someone do a skin with the correct name, it`s kind of an immersion dieded for us goons who know nothing about skinning etc... :)
