[EVL] 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor - Los Santos Emergency Services Pack 1.0

A month in development trying to get it to work with GTA V's Siren System then transitioned EVL and finally finished. These 2 CVPI's are based on the LAPD & LASD but presented as LSPD & LSSD Fleet Vic's. Features a reworked Arjent made to work with EVL, accurate interior's to my knowledge and what I saw from pictures, & etc.

Enjoy.

Bugs (1):

Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV

Notes (1):

Recommended using fellow ljcrary's Crown Victoria Sound Mod http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8689-crown-victoria-sound-mod-v2/ & a visual mod of self choice
Updates might come in the near future. This mod will be updated to support ELS when released.

how can i do this. I have a scripthookV.dll , scripthookVDotnet.dll and scripthook document but i cant see the script folder

EVL was taken down so ummm... how do I get the lights to work? I really want a Ford Crown Victoria for Police1 but the lights are glitched. What I mean is that only one side of the lightbar lights up and when I turn it off, it's frozen on that side.

Sorry if the author would just keep it up instead of holding it from the people then this Vic would be useful.

I downloaded everything as per the instructions, but when I get close to the vehicle, it reverts to the old skin and the wheels disappear. Help!

Okay, I give up . . . Just where does one acquire "EVL" in order to use the lights on this vehicle? All the sources I read about are either defunct or conveniently missing. Is there any way to convert this model to use something other than EVL? I don't understand the point of supporting a model if there's no light controller for it...
