Hey all, I added to policeold1 (aka the Police Rancher); the textures look great and I made sure to update the handling so it also drives well but I'm having the same issues with the lightbar that many other users have described. Does anyone know how to fix the issue on the policeold1 slot?

Any plan on making the tail lights actually red and not white? It's a bit annoying, especially at night with an edited visualsettings to make lights brighter. It makes the tail lights literally blinding.

Having the same issue. Looks a bit wonky huh? Was better in the old version.

Maybe the attached file is usefull for you:

for example look at the pictures

tail lights are red and indicators are yellow/orange

For some reason I can't edit the carvariations.meta (OpenIV is in edit mode)

export it to your desktop as a notepad and edit it. then re-import it.

Any updates coming for the interior?  I'd like to see some detail (to the same level as the default vehicles) ?

Also,  post a screenshot of the new lightbar?  What was wrong with the old one?

im working on interior, about lightbar- now he is more realistic

Here's a video comparison of both side by side. The new one is the one with the orange, yellow and baby blue looking lights. The original has the traditional blue and red. I definitely prefer the original.

Cool, yeah I guess the blue is about the same actually, but I don't care for the yellow and orange. They kinda drown out the blue. Appreciate you updating it though.

That helped a bit, from the front you can't tell the difference now, but from the rear, those yellow lights are just blindingly bright.

Must come from a visual mod you use, because they're perfectly fine for me, even if I use an edited version of visualsettings to make lights brighter. And the new lightbar is actually quite accurate for the LAPD, so it's an improvement IMO, I clearly prefer this new version.

I used RadianceV, but who doesn't use either that or Improved LED Spotlight & Coronas? I don't have this problem with any other lightbar, so I'm not really inclined to believe that's the issue.

Not to mention, you can see there's no issue with the original lightbar in the video you quoted.

Anyway, with a little photoshop, I've fixed the issue. For anyone else who doesn't like those super bright yellow lights, enjoy:

save as arjent_emis.png and insert into the .ytd.

I think I made the above one too dark, so after further review, I gotta say this one is on point if you use RadianceV or possibly Improved LED Spotlights & Coronas.
