this looks cool, especially because no one has done one yet. is there any chance you could the same textures but with CA EXEMPT plates? thanks!

There's a CA plate mod on https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/classic-california-license-plate-pack and it replaces all of the plates in the game with California ones 

does the tires come with the vehicle?

What tires? The ones on the cvpi come with F5544s model

yes the download link is in the description he just hasnt uploaded any new screenshots but u have a choice between hub caps now

okay, i have the mod but the skins usually overwrite the mod, so i was just checking
