After a request from djmarkqc here is a texture for Police 3 from the police department of Saguenay in Quebec (this is a replica)

How to install :

replace pol3_sign_1 , pol3_sign_2 , pol3_sign_3 , pol3_sign_4 

Using OpenIV go to GTA V > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday4ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf > police3.ytd
