I love this car, but the issue I have is that I constantly have the push bar falling off.  I placed the vehicle.meta and flags.txt too.  Installed properly.  The pushbar is the only issue, but nonetheless the car is perfect.

I'm having issues. I install the car, I go into the preview the .ytd file I think. It appears but it is really zoomed out. And when I go in game the car isn't there. It didn't replace the car I already has in the .ytd file it showed it but it doesn't appear in game.

I installed it as a replacement to police4.  When I removed your car and replaced it with the vanilla files, the game loaded fine.  If it makes you feel better, I've heard others with similar issues.  I think rockstar changed something that is screwing it up.

    I'm having an issue of my own. Not sure what I need to do to fix it. 

    1.) renamed all the fbi files to police4 (police4.yft, police4.ytd, police4_hit.yft, police4+hi.ytd) -> NOTE: The only thing I changed was "fbi" to "police4" so the _hi and +hi were already as they were

    2.) OpenIV -> went into Captain14's lspdpack.rpf to replace the police4, everything looked good in OpenIV, even added a couple more liveries ((which don't show up in game; model only seems to use livery1))

    3.) went into vehicle.meta  file from your car pack and took the FBI info (replacing the names with police4), changing driver to the M_COP_01 as standard impala with captain14's pack and the pump shotgun, etc. etc. standard stuff. Anyways (also removed old Police4 so no conflicts of course)

    4.) Went in game, spawned the car, etc etc. responded to a call and when I hit the lights, this is what happened (see screenshot) -- I'm using RadianceV 1.8 as well (bright setting) but I don't think that is the issue. Has to be one of the textures right?

    I previously had the same issue when the car first came out.

    I followed the directions to a "T". And still had the same issue, till I just deleted my entire mods folder and started fresh.

    Yupp. Non ELS, which is getting hard to find now.

    A lot of Non ELS cars are being updated to be ELS only.

    UPDATE 2: Tried installing it in fbi slot, and using the fbi section from the vehicle.meta provided. Well.. front still messes up (see screenshot), but 3/4ths of the car isn't all messed up (sorry for lighting, I do most of my patrols 4-6am)

    UPDATE: Nope. Still does it (this time only replaced 3 of the 4 files (left "fbi+hi" out), car spawned in fine, but SAME lighting problems showing outside of the car :( @Bxbugs123 really really need your help here!

    Okay. Well guess I'll try to re-install it (but this time backup my police4 files.... lol just in case).

    Okay fixed it!!! A youtuber helped me out with this, so if @JojoMikel if you're still having the issues here's what I learned 

    (gotta give credit where credit is due - link at end of this thank you post)
     
    Okay... so how it was fixed:
    1.) removed all instances of POLICE4 from Captain14's LSPD pack (vehicle.meta, carvariation.meta, even the police 4 model/texture files from the RPF)
     
    2.) Went to base level vehicle metadata file (update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicle.meta) and I put the bxbuggs car data in there.
     
    3.) Installed the car files (fbi renamed to police4 as before) into (mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ patchday3ng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf) okay, and there is no police4 in there, but I dragged and dropped all 4 car files in there.
     
    4.) started up game... and... wa la! It worked! :D  .... Well with the exception of the environmental lighting... but the car lights work :P That's a start at least! So what affects the environmet? O.o .... please don't tell me it's carcols and carvariation files.... lol
