how to install? 
Go to your mods folder in OpenIV and just follow this path: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ 
ther you gonna replace the files with the files in the downlaod folder.
