I feel like I should post this to any new people trying to install this. To fix the Not supported format version, follow the steps:

1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to mods/x64/audio/sfx/PROLOGUE.rpf
3. Right click on "td_loading_music.awc"
4. Select "Export to openFormats (.oac)"
5. Export them to a folder on your desktop named anything

6. In the folder, there will be a .oac file and a folder, in the folder, there is 2 .wav files, delete those .wav files
7. Drag and drop the .wav's from this rar file into that folder
8. Go to "New" in OpenIV
9. Select "Import openFormats"

10. Open the .oac file in the folder that you just replaced the wav's
11. Select "Ok" on the popup
12. Open the "td_loading_music.awc" file and the new audio should be there.

So there's a pretty simple fix for any of you who are trying to install this or anything similar.
