This modification is provided for PERSONAL USE ONLY and is NOT to be distributed, modified, copied or otherwise altered without my express consent


Currently only replaces the sirens for Police and Ambulance vehicles.

 

Remember to backup your files first.

It is recommended to use OpenIV and create a Mod folder to install this modification.

 

Export the vehicles.awc archive to the open format (.oac) using OpenIV, replace the original files with the ones include and import back using OpenIV.

Works fine. I wish the main siren would start on low peech then higher instead of high right away.

Been around for 5 years would you believe it haha. But yeah I finally updated it for easier install

I downloaded these as per the read me doc, but when I play game, I have no sirens at all now. Any ideas where I went wrong?

When I got to the resident folder and listen to the wave files they are the new sirens?

    I found the fix, you need to reduce the audio file size. The folder size cannot exceed 15.7MB so need to reduce the some of the audio files. Worked for me and got horn siren etc
