NOOSE TRU CADPAT Black (Fictional) mod is a modification that retextures NOOSE/SWAT officers to new, fictional, CADPAT/MARPAT based camouflage with Multicam Black colors and NOOSE TRU (Tactical Response Unit) decals.

Install with OpenIV:
Files from "Model and textures" folder:
- "componentpeds_s_m_y" folder to x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
- "pedprops" folder to x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf

Now this is something I would get, I would still want them to be black like vanilla but want some texture flavor to it also and this is a perfect fit and makes them look a little meaner too. The NPC have the camo does the character selection option when you go on duty have the same? Screenie?

It's a retexture of the S_M_Y_SWAT_01 ped, meaning everybody using it will have this texture - both NPCs and your LSPDFR character.
