U.S. Marshal 3.0.0

Well, first off, it's U.S. Marshal with one L, not two.

And second off, the back of their plate carriers usually read "POLICE" and underneath it "U.S. MARSHAL".

What ped does this replace?

Awesome!!!!! Nice job. I have been waiting for someone to do something with the mercenary peds and black ops ped. This is great. Here are a few other ideas for textures if you plan on releasing more:

"POLICE" on back in large letters and medium on front with "Street Crimes TF" in smaller letters under the police on back (this stands for Task Force)

"POLICE" or "SHERIFF" in large letters on back and medium on front with smaller letters on back "Violent Crimes Task Force" (this is an actual combined local and county task force where I live)

Also the hat could have different badges for city and county or it could simply say "POLICE" or "SHERIFF".

Also, some plane clothes/tactical guys like your ped may simply sport a baseball cap with "NY" for the the New York Yankees or other baseball/sports Teams for a less conspicuous look while driving around until they have to exit the vehicles. 

Again this is a great texture change and I hope to see more of these peds from you. Thanks man will download this for sure

As my uncle is a US Marshal the back of their vest says Just US Marshal and on the front it says Varies From Police to US MARSHAL.

TA V -> x64e.rpf -> cdimage -> componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf

-Drags and drop s_m_m_chemsec_01.ytd

-GTA V -> x64e.rpf -> cdimage -> pedprops.rpf

-Drag and drop s_m_m_chemsec_01_p.ytd

lol im kind of new to modding and this looks like Chinese to me. Iv looked for CDIMAGE and i cant find it. Please help

yeah,i did. i can take a screen shot of thwere i put it in. 

Do you go in edit mod to do that ?

so i edit the files but soon as i do that gta downloads 3GB and resets the skin back to default anyway of stopping this?

Use the mod folder method with OpenIV.

Would Be cool if you could add the radio and belt (shown Below) as most of the time you use the radio in game it does a animation and since it has no radio kinda looks stupid XD, hope you could add this soon :)
