HG2 runners spawn randomly on the slicktop(extra_10)

Spotlights work using take-down key

ELS is highly customizable, but I included my favorite settings, as well as blue lighting textures

Bugs: Shitty skins by me. Report any other problems

Overall it's good vehicles but i didn't like the els mapping on them, i hate the box els maps, it's way to easy and not challenging, im going to els map every Feniex product and ask for permission to release properly.
