If you read it correctly you've got to install it in police, police2 or police3 since the lightbar is DROT.

If you don't like it, make one yourself and spend 5-7 hours getting it all to work.

hello :) this is a really great looking car. i do have a question. i inserted the car into the game however i have no idea how to get the bars to raise. i've watched many videos on youtube and noone explains that. the three tiers of lights all work and the bar lights up but it never raises :( is there something i am doing wrong?
