RH8 Blue Light Bar 1.0

I wanna get this straight.... you released an Emis/texture file for a lightbar.... without even linking the model....And I thought a skin pack of all black skins was bad xD

I do appreciate the criticism, but this was meant to be a simple all blue light bar for the RH8. If you were expecting something more sorry to disappoint you.

I wasn't speaking about the link. I was speaking about just releasing the emis file. That's not much of an upload, considering that many can edit them themselves. If you wanted to impress, you should edit many different Emis files and released all at once in a pack (considering you link model to file and let people know which works with which [also just making the emis for models that dont have both a red and blue and an all blue file])
