How to install:

Use SparkIV or OpenIV and import model with any vehicle (mostly prefer "Police2")!

Please read the "readme.txt" file for more information on Carcols.dat, Handling.dat, and Vehicle.ide!

    Haven't tested yet but think it was because of a typo in vehicles.ide
