Not a bad skin, but the fonts need work, and the license plate should be a bit more creative than "1234567".

The fonts are wrong for "Safety, Service, and Security" as well as "Highway Patrol" on the rear.

People don't really want chp textures they want a whole car with accurate lighting. As for your texture i know your just starting but the door logos are way to big and the highway patrol and safety service and security is the wrong font
