I really like the idea, I'd suggest adding more light BUT making them very concealed lights, like some discreet ions, grill lights or a low profile rear deck bar with wig wags. Also throw on civilian plates & if you wanted it even more concealable look around to see if you can find some rims that go onto the civilian version of the crown victoria

some vertexes would be nice in the rear

you can clearly see the prisoner cage from outside. id suggest tinting the windows more
