That's a scan/sweep tone, not a priority/phaser. Nonetheless, not bad for your first, the looping could be better though.

The audio is too loud and starts to cut, and the wail loops strange. Plus, you are using a touchmaster UltraHiLo for your third and a touchmaster horn. I would add a tone for the 4th slot such as a Hi-Lo because SS2000s have those. If this is your first siren, great job! Keep trying and you will get even better!

I planned to re-do the whole Siren at some point, At first i didn't even noticed that the Wail loop is a bit off. I will add the right Priority and Horn sound too. It's a bit hard to get the Perfect loops as a beginner. But thank you for you Feedback, i will keep all that in mind :)
