This is a very simple mod that makes the clipboard in game black.I got tired of the clipboard used for writing tickets looking like the officer just borrowed it form is homeroom teacher.So here you go.Enjoy

Install:

Import the 2 files into your weapons.img using SparkIV or OpenIV.
