 This is a uniform I put together based on the AACPD uniform that works with the new EUP update. To my knowledge this will not work with the older version of the mod.
 
 
-Installation 
 Simply import the x2 files into you Open IV and done. Open IV Directory paths are in the readme.

Anne Arundel County Police Pack V1

This is a variety pack featuring the Anne Arundel County Maryland police fleet. Some of these textures like the lancer and Charger are strictly concept ideas of what one might look like if it existed. When this pack was created it was not intended for release. You may find some small details things not 100% but it`s all there. Please bare with me as I do not have much time to put towards these projects.

Baltimore County Police ( Male Sheriff Re texture )

This is a simple re texture for the GTAV sheriff ped turning them into Baltimore County Units.Some people may be wondering why make a Baltimore officer when the game is set in LA and the simple answer to that is.Just cuase. This is as good as i can get it using stock configurations R* has provided.

Baltimore City police Pack 2.0

This is a simple Baltimore City and County police texture pack. Some of the vehicles in this pack are fictional concepts and have never been used by Baltimore County or City jurisdictions. Always nice to have options though right? This pack comes with 13 different County and City textures.

Baltimore City Police (Cop Re Texture)

This is a simple texture mod that adds Baltimore City Patches to the Stock GTA V City cops models.I understand that the patches are a bit blurry. There was never a patch there to begin with so it distorted a bit.Is the best i can do with what is available at this time using the R* made Texture layouts.But I feel it still perfectly capture what i`m going for here.A new versions of this will be made in the future.Follow content for later update. 

Install: 
Import the ytd file provided using OpenIV.

This is a simple loading screen mod that replaces the Play screen, 2 Rockstar logos,title screen ,and all 9 loading screen images with Baltimore County and City Police Department images.I also removed the GTA-IV character image's as well in it. Because lets face it when GTA-IV is not crashing it is at least thinking about doing it.You might as well have something interesting to look at while you reload your game. Enjoy.

Instillation:

-In the textures folder replace the loadingscreen.wtd and the Start_Menu.wtd file with the ones provided.

Mod Description:
This mod does NOT REPLACE the loading screens (loadingscreen.wtd),logo screens and such.This instead changes the screen to Log in to windows Live,and Select what game expansion to enter.

I figured out how to do this a few days ago.To my knowledge there has not been anything like this posted on here before so i thought i would share.This works on every medium of GTAIV.(Steam,Disk,ext.) and Every Expansion.This file also removes the GTA 4 character on the screen of all expansions,

Instillation:
-Launch OpenIV
-Go into textures Folder and import the start_menu.wtd file.

This is a fictional hand made Baltimore County Police computer screen for LCPDFR 1.0A. The screen is made to add background task such as accident reports,tool bars,ped vehicle images,ext to the police computer behind the LCPDFR login box. Enjoy.
