While this is okay for anyone who wants a plain explorer with a generic white/black livery, you may want to try adding some various markings to make it more police like. This probably won't appeal to a very large audience.

    I do agree, but I think the purpose of this skin is for anyone who wants a basic black and white skin template so the painters don't have to make it and just start adding police stencils.
