St. Cloud MN Police CVPI Texture 1.0

This is my first go at making a texture so I certainly appreciate any feedback. For now, I'm sticking with the Minnesota area because there is a distinct lack of textures for some of the larger and not-so-large departments. Let me know if you're looking for a specific agency because I'm having a good bit of fun with this.
