Installation:

1. Install the 4 required mods linked above

2. Go to the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

3. Drop the "swemcpolice_eup" folder included in this ZIP file from the "Files" folder there

4. Go to the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

5. Right click on dlclist.xml and press "Edit"

6. Delete these 6 rows, they are not next to each other so use the search tool and be careful:

7. Paste the following near the bottom right above "</Paths>" and hit "Save":

8. Go to the following path in "Shoei NXR MP & SP.ZIP" (First mod linked at the top): Shoei NXR MP & SP\Helmet

9. Take the p_head_000.ydd and place into the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\swemcpolice_eup\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\swemcpolice_eup_male_p.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_p_swemcpolice_eup

10. Go to the following path in "Helmen GTA TB8.ZIP" (Second mod linked at the top): Helmen GTA TB8\Mic

11. Rename p_head_008.ydd to p_head_001.ydd and place ONLY the .ydd file into the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\swemcpolice_eup\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\swemcpolice_eup_male_p.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_p_swemcpolice_eup

12. Done!

Additional comments:

Using EUP Menu, the clothes should be at the end of the clothes list (highest number in each category). A belt, holster, gloves and boots is also included and same goes for them.

The jackets are in the "Top" category, the pants in the "Pants" category, helmets in the "Hat" category, belt in the "UnderCoat" category, holster in the "Accessories" category, gloves in the "UpperSkin" category and boots in the "Shoes" category.
