San Andreas Immersion Pack is a lore-friendly expansion designed to bring a more complete and unified San Andreas law-enforcement and criminal-justice environment to LSPDFR through pdComp, Nexus MDT, and 10-21 Police Phone.

Rather than simply renaming real-world content, the project establishes a consistent fictional legal and justice framework for the State of San Andreas that can be used across multiple LSPDFR systems.

San Andreas Official Law Codebook

The download includes the San Andreas Official Law Codebook as a standalone PDF.

The codebook serves as a reference for the fictional San Andreas legal system used throughout the Immersion Pack, allowing players to reference applicable laws and codes outside of the supported in-game plugins.

The goal is to keep the underlying legal framework consistent across pdComp, Nexus MDT, 10-21 Police Phone, and future supported integrations.

One Unified San Andreas System

The project is designed around a consistent San Andreas legal framework rather than simply renaming California content.

Charges, citations, courts, agencies, reports, lore, and supporting assets are intended to feel like interconnected parts of the same fictional state system. This also provides a foundation that can be expanded and used by additional LSPDFR plugins in the future.

The San Andreas Official Law Codebook PDF is also located inside the downloaded ZIP for reference and does not require installation.
