Credits to SnapsCustoms for the vehicle, all I did was make it addon and els for LSPDFR players, you may want to gen this sound here : https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/dodge-charger-6-4-6-2sc-v8-engine-sound-oiv-add-on-fivem-sound in order to hear the audio that is in the meta, you can change it, the orginal for fivem isn't mine but here it is : https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/51168-fivem-ready-non-els-lasd-seb-2018-charger/ This can be used for LASD OSS (Operation Safe Streets) which is basically LASD's version of the LAPD's GND unit. Also can be used for gang and SEB (SWAT/ERT/SERT/SRT) I do NOT claim this as my own as it isn't my vehicle
