These Policing Redefined and Ultimate Backup config files will allow you to utilize multiple lore-based vehicles by various authors from around the community to its fullest potential by allowing backup AI to respond driving them, and with proper uniforms.

Credit to AstroTriesModding for his EUP conversion tools which makes making these configs a breeze.

Install Instructions

Configs Install:

- BACK UP ORIGINAL FILES!

I am not responsible if you did not back up your original files before installing. 

- Ultimate Backup:

   - Drag n drop the three Ultimate Backup .xml files into

       GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> LSPDFR -> Ultimate Backup

 - Policing Redefined:

    - Drag n drop the three Policing Redefined .xml files into

        GTA V Directory -> Plugins -> LSPDFR -> PolicingRedefined -> Backup

  - Replace when asked. 

Wardrobe.ini instructions:

- Merge method: Recommended to not erase your custom outfits

- Open my wardrobe.ini file, right click, select all, copy

- Open your wardrobe.ini, scroll to bottom, hit Enter twice if needed,

- right click, paste

- Make sure all the outfit entries are evenly spaced when pasting!

- Replace method: Clean wardrobe.ini install, will erase custom outfits

- Back up your original wardrobe.ini!

- I am not responsible if you did not back up your files.

- Copy my wardrobe.ini to GTA Directory -> Plugins -> EUP

- Replace when asked.

EUP 9.7 OR HIGHER IS A HARD REQUIREMENT! Get it from the EUP Patreon / Discord

Final Notes and Known issues:

 - These configs were intended for use with EUP versions 9.7 or newer.  Older versions of EUP (9.6, 9.3, 8.3, 7.2, etc.) will NOT work.

These configs are NOT compatible with EUP 9.11 and require an update.

Supported versions: 9.7, 9.8, 9.9, 9.10.

Updated army vehicles is no longer available in GTA5 mods, by the way. I think it's fixable but I don't know what vehicles that pack contains to remove them from the XML

Balls, ok. I will remember this when I update the configs. In the meantime, these are the names of the army vehicles so you and others can remove them from the configs on your own. Make sure you fix chance values to equal 100 exactly in the pool!

Some of them, like Rhino, Crusader, Valkyrie, and Barracks are vanilla models updated by this mod and are safe to keep, but anything with a number at the end of it is new. I believe the armysquad vehicles are also not replacers. If in doubt, check the vehicle name on GTAWiki or Fandom or something before removing it from the configs.

Alternatively, for those who would like, replace any section containing army vehicles with this code from my archive:

This code will only work for Blaine County and North Yankton, but if pasted twice, two of the region names can be changed to LosSantosCity and LosSantosCounty. Make sure you clear those regions from the original configs before doing this.

North Yankton's region also uses WHITE army vehicles (cuz it's snowy, duh).

Ok the spacing in the code was fine before I posted the comment but now it's all weird, so when copying and pasting the code in the spoiler box thing make sure the indent spaces match that of other sections in the configs. For UB, hit TAB until it's all even as it should be. For PR, hit SPACEBAR.
