Fixed several critical bugs that were causing crashes. Overall stability has been significantly improved.

You can now request AI units as backup.

By becoming a supporter, you gain immediate access to the latest features and improvements, while directly helping me dedicate more time and resources to making this the most realistic EMS experience for GTA V.

MedicSystem is my first self-developed EMS/medical gameplay mod for GTA V, created to bring a more realistic paramedic experience into singleplayer.

Main Features

Dynamic vital signs (the patient’s condition changes over time)
Patients can worsen and die if left untreated
Medical equipment handling (use and manage EMS tools during treatment)
Body bag option for deceased patients
Support for additional ambulances
Medication administration during treatment
In critical situations, a patient can be brought back to life with the right actions (CPR / defib / advanced care)

This project is under active development and is constantly improving based on feedback.

🎮 Key Bindings

F6 – Duty Menu
(go on duty, set status, callout options)
E – Vehicle / Ambulance Interaction Menu
(near the ambulance, usually at the rear)
G – Patient Menu
(patient treatment when close to the patient)
K – Equipment Menu
(place / pick up medical equipment)
The mod is available in both Hungarian and English.
You can change the language in the MedicSystem configuration file.
This is my first self-developed MedicSystem mod for GTA V, created with the goal of delivering a highly realistic EMS and medical gameplay experience.
The development requires a lot of time, effort, and continuous testing to achieve the best possible realism and stability.

You may occasionally encounter Hungarian text in the English version.
This can happen because the project was originally developed in Hungarian, and the English localization is still being refined.

This mod was developed with the help of AI tools during the development process. AI was used as a support to speed up workflow, assist with problem-solving, and improve certain systems, while all core ideas, design decisions, and final implementation were created and controlled by the developer.

it would be great if you could add a backup feature so you can call an ambulance to transport a patient once you've stablized them. but overall love this, works great! 😁👍

This has already been added to the early access update.
You can play as a doctor or a paramedic.
In version 0.4.2 there are a lot of new improvements and features.

Quick Question, Are the callouts generated at complete random locations(making it infinity possibilities) or is each callout created specifically by you? meaning the callouts will eventually repeat themselves?

There are a total of approximately 172 fixed locations and 8 specific medical scenarios (including stroke and heart attack), which dynamically change depending on the patient’s age, and all of this will continue to expand with each new update. In the next update, an additional 100 locations will be added. But since it is compatible with all LSPDFR callouts, there is virtually unlimited callout potential, making it very diverse.

Hi, I have a small suggestion for you. It’s about adding NPCs to incident scenes. Usually, they get in the way and take photos with their phones, but it would be possible to ask them what happened, how they helped, and maybe have some basic first-aid items like bandages, plasters, cooling gels, etc. What do you think about that? Other than that, the plugin is OK. :)

The plugin is fantastic! Could you add a radio animation with audio when you call for medical backup? And the backup doesn't have flashing lights? And why is he alone in the ambulance? It would be more realistic if two people arrived. What do you think?

Is it possible to add, under the "Reinforcements" section, a helicopter to retrieve the victim? For major incidents like accidents.

This is only required for the latest Early Access version (0.5.4).

It is NOT required for the version currently available here.

Played 2 scenarios last night. Ah very well done! Took me a bit to get the overall process down but bullets have one option so.... haha. Love it used RABBITTs Ford Ambo and Fire air horn oh it was great! If I dont find when I go up to look again, does this version have the partner or is that your Discord version? Very well detailed my person.

I've encountered a bug with the medical system mod: when I approach the ambulance and press 'K' to open the context menu, if I select any item (like the stretcher or other equipment), my character gets stuck in an infinite walk animation toward the ambulance and won't stop. I’ve recorded a video of this—please look into it, as it makes the equipment interaction impossible. Thanks!"
