No, you do not have to use the exact vehicle packs that were used. Although you will have to use to exact BASE model that was used when creating. For example, if you do not like the 18-23 charger in the pack I chose, you can find any other 18-23 Charger Templated by GeorgieMoon and use it instead, as long as it is the same templated model that was used during the making. All models that were used are in the credits, as well as the actual download. I hope this helps & makes sense.
