The grey text is a little hard to make out on the white background, I'd either add a outline to it or change the colour altogether. Interesting design, nonetheless.

He knows you made it like that, you uploaded it, he's just offering advice. I thought the same thing, its hard to read and I would also recommend that you add a outline or change it to black. The "TROOPERS" is especially hard to read against that blue. Why is the flag on the rear bumper USA and UK? I think you should go with one or the other and since this skin represents a American style layout more I'd say go with that.

I got the UK and US from LCDPS CLAN. And I thought about troopers before I made the livery thanks Nick for the advice! (REMEMBER ME IS NEWBIE)

I personally think the skin is good, it definitely has a different look to it. I say you should run with the grey on white concept, I personally have done it on my Liberty county Sheriff's Office skin and think they look good IMO. Keep up the good work, and just keep trying, you'll get more skilled as you practice :D
