"Cape Catfish is known for its legends, like the ghost of Mount Gordo, the Goat Man, or the crazy woman with a backpack who lives near the lighthouse. But among all these legends there is another one, known only to those who have actually driven a DUI on that road, and to the deputies of the LSSD. The Cape Catfish Police Department consists of one old SUV, which is also a dept. station, and one young policewoman. No one knows how or why it was even created, some do not remember anything at all that they heard about the CCPD. But it exists. That in an area whose jurisdiction only has a lighthouse, mountains, a hacienda with a bunch of illegals and a fishing village where the population can be beaten on the fingers has its own community police. Whatever questions there may be about the authenticity of the CCPD, it is perhaps the only non-corrupt law enforcement agency in all of San Andreas"
