This is a yellow tape texture mod for GTA IV and EFLC. It gives you a yellow tape that is used by law enforcement agencies to isolate certain areas from the public. Comes in two versions. (LAPD tape and generic tape)

this would have been perfect if you could use it without the SNT. but that trainer makes everything complicated it spawns unnecessary things. But if you could find a way to use this in replace of the police barriers in the policing mode, then I would surely keep this.
