no, it works with any model using NB's template and bxbugs123's tahoe template.

its a number, im not sure why its there or if Chicago PD actually use it but its on the model, so best thing to do is ask bxbugs.

I'm pretty sure he meant the light colors. Security generally only use amber lights.
