Hey Everyone its been a while since i last posted something here . Well today I wanted to put 

some small creativity in making this 23 suburban . this is my first N-ELS  Fictional Vehicle and

if you want to leave Feedback LMK if this has potential perhaps a Pack Down the Road?

pretty sure C3 is moving to DLS and away from ELS. If anything we would get a DLS V2 version

Sorry man I'm really new to all of this and I did not understand a single word.. all I do know is find tutorials on how to download a pack that I like or something similar and hope I don't screw it up 😅

The vehicle files are not in here I am converting this from FiveM to SP and I go to openIV and none of the vehicle ytf or ytds are there

C3 will not be making a ELS version. ELS is super limited and he is switching to NON-ELS/DLS.
