Full department mega pack, with older liveries, updated ones, and one much older Crown Vic livery. 

Gray parts are transparent, you MUST use a trainer, or modify your carvariations file for them to look correct. Change color with trainer to Metallic Dark Steel, or change default color in carvariations to 3. 

These are based off Manalapan, NJ, I really like their dark blue and dark gray color schemes. 

There's a full range of patrol liveries, a handful of supervisor liveries, a couple traffic units, and two K9 units.

Considering the residents and clientele of Rockford Hills, the fleet reflects the eco-conscious mentality of this wealthy area. As such, much of the fleet has been trending towards electrification and hybrids.

Expedition is from Medic4523's Command Cars pack on ModificationsUniverse, but the base is Raz3r and will fit their 2022 Expeditions.

Slicktop Mustang Mach-E is from Allen Development, not sure if it's still publicly available, but for whoever has it already, here's a skin.

    Cool designs, except the 16 Explorer won't quite work right for me. Forgot to take a screenshot in-game, but it's just all dark.

    you're using a model with the Kane104 base right? did you change the color using a trainer or carvariations?

    Yeah, Kane104's explorer base. I changed the colour using carvariations and then tried to with the trainer, but it was still just all dark.

    what pack is this from? i've had limited problems with some models in the past where something in the metas or variations or something stops certain colors from being available. this might be one of those things, i just tried the livery on several different versions of kanes model, all worked fine
