Mod Description:
This is a simple loading screen mod that replaces the 2 Rockstar logos,title screen ,and all 9 loading screen images with Baltimore County Police Department images.I also removed the GTA-IV character image's as well in it. Because lets face it when GTA-IV is not crashing it is at least thinking about doing it.You might as well have something interesting to look at while you reload your game. Enjoy.
Instillation:
-Launch your OpenIV
-In the textures folder replace the loadingscreen.wtd file.
**Dont forget to back up your game files.**
