This siren almost sounds like LAPD with a bit of rumbler to it. It's not fully there but it sounds good.

I had installed it into my game and loved it.

Please tell me how to install it.

I think you used your update folder not mods folder.

Why is there an awc file instead of an oac file? I cant install it because its an awc file. The installation video in the comments does not match. Please help.

All you have to do is drag the AWC into the Resident file.
