I present to you, the Nevada Highway Patrol. This includes a few liveries using NHP's old navy blue scheme, hence why there are vehicles missing; as they never had the blue scheme. 

I highly recommend using @Scorpionfam's amazing San Andreas Highway Patrol pack for added authenticity.

    actually i saw a picture of the ford Taurus with a blue scheme, as well as the motor units, i think for the motor units the blue livery and their blue BDU go well together

    Change the Pearlescent in the vehicle color from Silver to Blue

    I don't think this is something that possible, because there are different things in different places, different fonts etc, but I could be able to make a reflective version for only my blue version.
