Hello peeps! After some time i got a big car release for y'all!

This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 

If your wondering which file to choose this will help you

Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!

 

NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

The NV Plate Pack used in the screenshots is made by Tom3k go check it out!

Q. Will there be a FiveM version? A. Short answer, No.

Q. The pack doesn't work? A. Double check, Especially if no one else is reporting the same issues

Q. The Lights wont work or stays on? A. Make sure your ELS is working correctly and you installed the correct XML

Q. What format will the files come in? A. These files will come as a Addon or Replace

Q. Are these cars going to have reflective liveries like your last one? A. Yes Download the Reflective version

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 

HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "SAHP NV Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/SAHP NV Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Highly recommend if you want the blue Design to use Alloy's livery pack!

there's a read me included in the all blue folder...

I got the read me. Some of them are not taking to the blue lights despite following step by step. Not a big deal.

Which vehicles is it? some vehicles need the carcols to be replaced.

i have a problem with some of these cars flipping, is that normal? its not a huge problem, but ive blown up from taking a turn too fast in a roll over

If its the replace version. you can edit your vehicles.meta to change the handling lines. if it's the addon version. most cars come with custom made handling lines and shouldn't have any issues unless you are pushing the car beyond its limits

    im not exactly sure what to change them to but thank you - im using the replace version

    you can use this guide to get an idea for what handling lines you can use on what vehicle for replace vehicles

    You ever fix the Tahoes wheels? If I remeber correctly the wheels were off. One side would be about 8 inches inside the wheel bay.

    In the Addon the Tahoe wheels are aren't even. Other than that everything else is solid.

    Which tahoe... and what do you mean by not even? Like. Is one more towards the inside then another. Or higher or?

    once again, I admire the persistence. But this pack prob won't be touched anymore unless I completely redid it. I'm currently working on a 1:1 UHP Mega Pack and commissions and don't have plans to go back to any other packs at this time.

    That's fair man. I don't want to bother you all that much. It was fun to mess with ya but you still put out quality packs (i use a good chunk of your packs). Keep up the good work fam 🙂

    Not sure what is happening exactly, but it seems that whenever I edit the dlclist.xml file in OpenIV as outlined in the description, the game crashes whenever I go to load up story mode. I only have LSPDFR, ELS, and this pack installed. I've verified the game files which resets the dlclist.xml file and the game works just fine but I'm not seeing any of the cars. I also chose the add-on pack instead of the replacement one. I'm very new to modding GTA so I wouldn't be surprised if I'm missing something. I'm able to get a crash report if needed.

     

    EDIT: Just gotta install an updated gameconfig file
