Hello peeps! After some time i got a big car release for y'all!

This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 

If your wondering which file to choose this will help you

Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!

 

NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

The NV Plate Pack used in the screenshots is made by Tom3k go check it out!

Q. Will there be a FiveM version? A. Short answer, No.

Q. The pack doesn't work? A. Double check, Especially if no one else is reporting the same issues

Q. The Lights wont work or stays on? A. Make sure your ELS is working correctly and you installed the correct XML

Q. What format will the files come in? A. These files will come as a Addon or Replace

Q. Are these cars going to have reflective liveries like your last one? A. Yes Download the Reflective version

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 

HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "SAHP NV Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/SAHP NV Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Highly recommend if you want the blue Design to use Alloy's livery pack!

Vehicles wont spawn, tried a fix that worked for another pack, but this pack just says the vehicle spawned when it didn't. I can't figure out whats wrong

any error code or? make sure you put the line in the dlclist.xml

Update,  only vics that spawn are nhp16fpiu, nhp20fpiu, nhp16fpis

    Loving your NHP pack and how it's 1:1 to the actual NHP fleet. I am experiencing one problem that I want to verify if it's a me thing or if it's a problem with the pack. All the liveries on the pack come with pixel format BC7 which causes the liveries to look washed out (the blues instead of being dark blue it's almost a light blue and the greys look borderline white). Changing it to DXT5, DXT1, or some other format doesn't correct the liveries on my end. Is it something I'm doing on my end when installing the pack that causes it to default to BC7, or does the pack require a hotfix of the .ytd files?

    BC7 shouldn't affect colors. it will only look washed out in openiv. but ingame it should look fine. messing with the compression format in openiv usually just messes stuff up.

    You're absolutely right. I didn't realize that it only showed washed out in OpenIV. I learned something new today

    make sure oyu have direct x 11 in your gta v settings. any version lower and textures will break

    Most likely something with your graphics. If the headlights are really reflective too there's a fix

    How do I fix charger headlights being overly reflective?: To fix the charger headlights on GMs charger base being overly reflective go to these file paths in your base game outside your mods folder, extract these files to your desktop, and replace the modded ones (ones in your mods folder) with the vanilla ones you extracted (I suggest doing this in 2 parts since the file names are the same), then the headlight glass should look a lot better.
