1. Start OpenIV / SparkIV

2. Locate your GTAIV folder

3. Open up your GTAIVFOLDER/pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img

4. BACKUP w_mp5 FILES IN WEAPONS.img ( Two files, backup both )

5. Import/Drag w_mp5 files from this archive into the opened weapons.img.

6. Close OpenIV / SparkIV, and launch GTAIV.
