Would love to use this as a fire chief vehicle. Is there a livery laying around somewhere?

If you look up "Fire Chief Tahoe Livery" or something along the lines, I am sure you could either take a livery off a vehicle, or find a livery pack that has a compatible livery.
If they do specify, look for one made for 'Georgie Moons Tahoe'.

If you mean the plates in the Template, that is a model thing.
