This is the Connecticut State Trooper uniform. For anyone whoever wanted it, here ya go! I switched meshes from Cop's Upper and Pilot's Upper and replaced the ones in the Strooper model.
There seems to be a bug and I have no idea how to fix it. This ped will not show up in the game anymore. The only way you can see it is with a trainer. If anyone has any idea why it does this, can you please let me know how to fix it?
Also there seems to be a problem with alignment with the jacket as you can see in pic 5.
