It is for any pack. They just need the same dev models.

Like the other guy said, you can use it on any Vehicle that uses the Same base model. So you can use the 14 charger livery also on this charger for example

I have found all the models I want and they are working - how can I know make sure they also get the silver color?

vMenu, SimpleTrainer, any other menu that has the Option to change color of cars!

You can edit the carvariations.meta file the default color is 134 (Pure White) Silver is 4 or Stone Silver is 8. You can look up the color guides on google to find the corresponding number for each color. That's how I change my vehicle colors rather than using a trainer.
