EUP 9.3-9.5 Philadelphia Police Uniform Top 1.2.2

This is my first upload, give me some feedback on any improvements.

I may make more on this uniform like the pants and tie uniform top, depends on if this file goes well, I'm happy to hear feedback. 

I also make Vehicle liveries for myself, but I can start making them for the lcpdfr.com community if anyone is interested. 

Version 1.0.1 : Fixed Extra Patch on Right Shoulder. Photos Update Soon <updated at 1am>
Version 1.2 : Added Patch In Files For Users To Make More Off Of, Added More Textures (All Can Be Found In "Import Export" DLC For EUP) - More Instructions and Screenshots and Stuff Like Maybe Soon I don't know, depends on how much traction this gets. 

Version 1.2.1 Added Screenshots and Removed Incorrect ones.

Version 1.2.2 Added Texture for Patrol Uniform Under Jacket (This One Is Not Located In Import Export DLC For EUP)
