I can say with pleasure the release of my Michigan State Police Pack I am now currently releasing the pack to the public free. I had it listed for awhile but figured I rather give to the community instead. This pack may receive updates if I decide to at a later date. No guarantees but ya never know. Listed below is what is included in the pack.

Released

New update to the pack which now includes an addon DLC pack for those who use single player along with ELS configurations. 

 

Huge thank you to carsongames999 who provided these files so I can update for everyone. Any issues can be mentioned in my discord and also to keep tabs on my progress.

All the cars work except the charger when I spawn it in it doesn't show up. Any reason why that may be?

is there any chance you could separate slick top and marked for single player that way ai can use them without them spawning with gumball and visor

so I was looking for the 2018 dodge charger blk skin, but I could not find it... was that the msp4? because if it was, its not in there.

    Also, where can I get AO Template? Are you sure the vehicle is ELS? Because the only ELS about this car is the switch of sirens, the lights are Non-ELS, meaning they can't be changed.

    What I am saying is that all these models you upload is a non-ELS. I think you should remove the ELS version out of it, because there isn’t anything ELS about it.

     

    it would make more sense if you name it non-ELS.

     

    Dont get me wrong. I love the model… but you’re mid-info the models.

     

    PS - how come your MSP 2 (2020 FPIU) is using a 2016 FPIU 2k template?

     

    I am looking forward to your real ELS version.

    Hey Drew, I was messing around with the F3 trainer and went to the vehicle mods menu and tried to add the lights and brush guards in the components.  Well I would click them and it would never show the lights or bumper.  After it not working I was messing around and ran the vehicle into a wall.  No joke then it showed the lights and the bumper after I hit the wall...  So I would give that a shot and see what happens.  Hope this helps!

    I think I've figured that out. If you look in the vehicles.rpf for the Charger (msp3) the model is named "police2" instead of "msp3"

     

    renaming it to msp3 should fix it, as the vehicles.meta uses the correct name. it would probably spawn under the regular police2 slot but it's not guaranteed.

    Have you put this line like this In your dlclist.xml file? ‹Item›dlcpacks:/msp1/</Item> If you did not put this line in the dlclist, That’s the reason why it doesn’t spawn in game.

    The only file I'm having trouble loading up is msp3. I double-checked my OpenIV install and it's where the other msp1-7 files are located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    A previous post stated that you have your model name police2 instead of msp3 in the vehicle file. I was able to load msp3 into the game. But I cant get the gumball light to show up on file msp3?

    Your title is incorrect, it should be ELS and FiveM Addon, I don't see any downloadable non-els version unless you mean to tell me the fiveM version is the non-els in which case good joke, nobody got time to convert fivem to SP fuck that, release standalone non-els like a normal man.
