Installation :  GTA-MODS-UPDATE-X64-DLCPACKS-PATCHDAY28NG-DLC.RPF-X64-LEVELS-GTA5-VEHICLES.RPF  ( double click .ytd file , type "SIGN" so you can replace livery and youre done.
