[ELS] Los Santos Police Legacy Pack 2.0.1 (Minor)

Very clean and good quality pack, I understand it is still WIP. However, with further tweaks I recommend turning up the ELS emissive on the entire pack, specifically daylight emissive.

I use VisualV, however I use a custom visual config and it is perfect on every pack including yours (at night) however during the day when using your pack, the lights are fairly dim and do not have much color behind them.

VisualV does not add any light enhancing files, you should look at RadianceV for that

Like Sova said I would install Radiance V. I use Visuals V and Radiance V, and I assume this issue is across all packs or just mine?

It's just yours, your lightbar lighting is dim during the day, but the fog lights and other exterior lights are good. I use a custom lighting enhancer trust it isn't my graphics.

I'll quickly mess around with the lightbar see if I can find out why 

So good news I have located a solution.

It appears the red and blue lightbar tint was reducing the power of the emissive, which makes sense, as tint would do that. If you want I can quickly upload a version of the pack that doesn't contain the tinted legacy.

Looks good for the first time using zmod, I have seen alot worse then this.

It would be cool to see a crown victoria  added to this pack.

Any plans on adding a 2020 FPIU? if you have any good quality ones?

The only 2020 bases I have found, for free, are either too high poly or have ion cut outs in the grill but I'll keep looking or I'll find way to make it work

Just an update, I will include the fix when I release the next update which will also add a 2011 CVPI, 2018 Charger and maybe a 2020 Explorer if my Zmod licence last long enough.

If all goes well this update will release sometime soon.

The cars in general looks really crisp and clean. Really nice for your first-time sir!

I'LL ask can you add more lights to the cars?? Like put some around the crash bumpers, side boards, on the center dash, and either side of the license plate??? Give it a little more xmas tree look. Right now, looks very basic. If not, no big deal just wanted to give an idea to give the cars more flash if you know what i mean. Nothing cooler than seeing cars light the **** up lol, if you know what i mean. if you look at police cars now a days, they have lights in all sorts of locations. Just a suggestion if you wanta keep up with the big boys on this website.

Again, the cars look really nice, really like the skin design you did. My favorite color is Royal Blue, so right now you have my attention. Just would like to see more lights is all.

Today (02/5/23) i have both Radiance V and Visuals V in my game (probably shouldn't, but i do, have had it like this for over a yr now) and i would have to say that once the game is in actual nighttime, the lights are pretty good....not to bad as far as brightness, but during the day the lights are like barely there. And i do the usual thing where i go into my trainer and get rid of the tint and the lights are still honestly barely there. But on the flips side of that, some the lights at night are barely visible as well. Like the headlight flashers... but your spot light is bright as hell lol. honestly the package deal of the lights in ALL needs to be looked at and coded better. And maybe add some lights, a few to some cars and a lot to some others. Just sayin lol. Very nice cars tho, seriously dude you did a really great job for the first time. Cant believe out of the station, only using vanilla settings for the cars, they can get as fast as 124 mph!!! Thats awesome!! Great Job!

Thank you! The lack of lights is because I was keeping it basic as it was my first time using ZMod I will most likely keep this pack minimal but some of my future packs may have more lighting.

The issue of the lightbar being dim at day I have a fix for and will publish it when I release the next car additions (hopefully soon) I can say the issue is not on you're end after doing some investigation after @Melly pointed it out it appears the lightbars red and blue tint (refence the picture of the van to see what I mean) is causing this and so I will add an optional YTD file removing this tint for those who want it.

As for any other lighting issues I never had any and at the time I was also using both Visual V and Radiance V, I'm having to reinstall all my mods at the moment, but the fact that the strobe headlights are dim is just an ELS thing, most devs don't change the headlights and stay with the old halogen look, I have changed it to use one of ELS's LED options on the newer cars and so I can't change the brightness of those.

Hey amazing pack! I would like to ask though, where did you get that legacy bar?

Been looking for this forever! Can't wait to put my edmonton police skins on these! Hopefully they got those wig wags. !!!!
