1. Open OpenIV and click on "Edit mode"
2. Go to : mods / x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / Vehicles.rpf
3. Drag and drop the modle files into the list to replace the vehicle (make sure the names of the file and the file you want to replace are the same)
