Everything looks great but the spotlights! They need to be adjusted to fit the vehicle better(the black cup thing should be pressed against the car). Other than that, good work!

Go into the vehicles.ide file and find the FBI line, at the end, add +livery. In the texture file of the model, replace the "_sign#" of your choice up to all four.

Mine already says +livery for some reason. Mine comes out black rather than white like the screenshots. And I don't understand the "texture file" part, I'm not a modder haha. This is my FBI line from vehicles.ide:

The ELS is mess up in the back, but great job !!
